Sessions/Appointments

To help you work towards your individual goals at your own pace, I provide a safe, comfortable, nurturing space, and a supportive and respectful atmosphere. Sessions run for an hour. Allow an additional 20-30 minutes before your first visit in order to outline both your relevant personal history, and the goals you would like to attain.

All personal details remain strictly confidential at all times.

Art Psychotherapy Services is located in the Woy Woy area of NSW’s Central Coast. The studio is available for sessions Tuesday – Saturday by appointment only. Bookings can be made via email or by phoning 0412 702 833.
